This is my first blog. I hope to use it to voice my concerns, my joy, my sadness, and anger.
I like poetry so from time to time I hope to post poems I have found or ones I have written myself.
I am currently looking for a new job. My present job has decided to implement a new scheduling system. I have gone from 30hours a week to 12hrs a week. It seems to me employers today are not concerned with the well being of their employees. It makes me wonder how an employer can cut hours so drastically. Most people including myself depend on the income gernerated by consistant hours. I believe they are putting a hardship on their employees by doing this.
